SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Orders are processed and shipped within three to four business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders are dispatched from Japan using Japan Post. Shipping times will vary by region. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package and the shipping method selected. You can estimate shipping costs by adding items to your cart and entering your shipping details.

3. If you have not received your order within 30 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, check with your local post office first. If after 45 days you still haven't received it, please contact us. If a package cannot be delivered due to mailbox size or other issues, please contact the carrier directly. We can reship returned packages at your expense.
