The Melted Watch Co. and the meltedwatch.com website are owned and operated by The Melted Watch Co. By placing an order on this website, you (the customer) agree to the terms and conditions outlined below, which are governed by Japanese law.

PRODUCTS

Our products are available as long as they are in stock. Due to the nature of our business, our inventory may change frequently.

Please note that all of our watches are second-hand and have been previously owned and worn with love. As such, some wear and tear is to be expected. These characteristics are part of the unique charm of second-hand timepieces and are not considered defects.

While we strive to accurately represent all products, please note that some descriptions provided in Japanese are directly from manufacturers. We will provide additional instructions or details in English where necessary. 

ORDER

By clicking "confirm" when placing an order, you agree to fully accept these terms and conditions. The ordering process includes five steps: cart confirmation, billing/shipping address entry, payment, and final order confirmation. You will have the opportunity to review and change your order details before final confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent to you upon successful completion of your order.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in your chosen currency. Import taxes and customs fees in your delivery country are your responsibility. Please note that customers in remote areas or with large orders may incur additional charges. Payment can be made securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal, and we do not store your financial information.
