Refund policy

RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Melted Watch Co., we accept returns under specific conditions, but we do not offer refunds or exchanges for returned items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within seven days of receiving it. However, please note that returned items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Condition of Returned Items:

Please note that all of our watches are second-hand and have been previously owned and worn with love. As such, some wear and tear is to be expected. These characteristics are part of the unique charm of second-hand timepieces and are not considered defects.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be issued if the package goes missing while under Japanese jurisdiction. For clarification, this means before it leaves Japan and is no longer under our control. In such cases, we will contact you immediately through contact@meltedwatch.com with details. Refunds are not available for items that arrive as described but do not meet customer expectations due to wear or aesthetic preferences.

Return Shipping Charges:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Additionally, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled up until they are dispatched. An order is considered dispatched once a tracking number has been issued and the package has left our facility. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
